 　　燃煤導生鍋爐為組裝式強製循環液相鍋爐。本係列鍋爐應用於供熱溫度（dù）390℃化工企業，針對（duì）導生（聯苯-聯苯醚）的特點，按（àn）照低點排淨、高點放（fàng）空（kōng）進行設計，受熱麵充足，由輻射受（shòu）熱的（de）密排方形盤管和錯列設計的對（duì）流蛇管（guǎn）組成。導生鍋爐尾部布置餘熱蒸汽鍋（guō）爐和空氣預熱（rè）器，可降低排煙溫度，提高係統效率。

　　為提高鍋爐的（de）an全性，材料選用耐熱合金剛管材，對接采用100%射線（xiàn）探（tàn）傷，角焊采用100%表麵探傷。

　　采用水（shuǐ）冷前後拱，降低停電後爐牆蓄熱，保護前後拱（gǒng）的使用壽命。

　　采用PLC控製技術和變（biàn）頻（pín）器調節，使出口導（dǎo）生溫度控製在設（shè）定溫度±1℃範圍內
